Please review your order as soon as your receive it. If you think you received a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt of your item.
Important Return Information:
ALL Returns MUST be received within 14 days of the date your order was received.
Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and included tags must still be attached. Items must also remain odor and hair/dander free (smoke, pet). Items returned after 14 days will not be credited.

You are responsible for the shipping & handling of the returned item. Sorry, original & return shipping fees are NON-refundable!
Send your package back to us the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please make note of your tracking number.
Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your return once we receive it. Once the item has been processed, refunds will be issued here in the form of payment made. Please allow your bank 5-7 days to process the return on their end. Due to limited quantities of each style, we cannot guarantee an exchange for an item that didn't fit.
